★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm still waiting on my second dose and was turned away this morning because no Vax pass. Management claim that they are doing this to protect their staff which I admire but you're still isolating and discriminating against your customers... You could easily do a contactless pick up service or use speakers before the window to do the order and ask drivers to keep the windows up while your windows open. That way your staff are safe and customers are happy. Its really not rocket science unless I'm missing something?
Also, don't claim you're following 'guidelines you were given' because I drove down the road and got McDonalds with no issues. At the end of the day, your loss is Maccas' gain. Only reason for 2 stars is the girl at the window was very apologetic and the staff here are always top class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Texted an order through on the number listed on the website. Waited around for an acknowledgement but never received one.
Went down to the drive through and my order had been there a while. I was told to text my arrival time next time (not mentioned on their website).
I said I was waiting to see if you had received my order but was subsequently told they don't have credit on that phone and are too busy to reply anyway. Basically it was my fault I didn't know this non-existent requirement was there and should know better.
Why not just put this tiny but equally important bit of information on your website for first time customers?
In saying that the bagels are well priced compared to the competition in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, the Little Piggy bagel was absolutely scrumptious, the Peanut Butter Jelly bagel totally over the top, the black coffee piping hot and strong full flavour. They've daily bagel specials but well worth full price. Drive thru convenience in our campervan. Cheers team. COMPULSORY STOP in Paraparaumu town centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woweee that was delicious!! Ordered on deliver easy out to Waikanae and arrived still warm, bang on expected time and perfectly presented!
Got a range of goodies including some gf bagels and some normal, couple of doughs and some drinks.
Fantastic value for money too compared to other bagel chains.
This is going to be a regular for us!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular, good to have a drive through. Gets a bit sketchy with all the cars on double yellow lines on Rimu road sometimes when it is really busy and it backs up.
Amazing coffee, I get a long black, consistently good, my wife gets a soy mocha or latte and she loves it too.
