Advised the damage on the car is not covered by insurance and therefore wanted a quote for repairs.
The owner refused to provide a quote and was extremely unreasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was repaired under an insurance claim. After the repairs were completed I was left with a disturbing sound coming from the region where the repairs were done. Despite numerous revisits to Boss P&P the problem remained unremediated for months. The insurance company recently sent me to one of their Goldstar repairers who very quickly assessed and fixed the problem (being the new panel was fitted too close to the suspension mechanism and was making contact) and they also found a stone in the exhaust pipe and blew it out. Boss knew about the stone but because it wasnt on the 'scope of works' left it there (even though this job was a costly repair). Very poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put my car in to have a few dents ironed out, thinking a 3 day window would be sufficient. Unfortunately ANZAC day fell within that 3 day window. The team did a great job and ironed everything out in 2 days. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, best service ive ever received. Had an accident 2nd week of level 4, i made contact via email and Craig called me for insurance details and sorted everything out for me. Kept in contact, and took all stress and worries from me. Highly recommended! Cheers Craig and team, wishing you all the best Christmas and New Year!
