I had a quote by phone, a confirmation of this quote when they checked the windscreen (70 $ for a chip repair). But when I was about to pay I realise it wasn’t the same price, 80,50$. The guy at the desk answered me with a little smile that the initial given price was without the GST.. little trick of dishonest garage....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anyone to go to this place as there are no qualified people to fix the problem. I had a minor stone chip size of 10c coin on the windscreen which could definitely be fixed but workers at this place call themselves professionals broke the whole windscreen trying to fix it. At the end all they said was ‘sorry, we tried to fix but we couldn’t’. And that made the problem even worse and now I need a windscreen replacement which I’ll have to pay on my own since they don’t take the responsibility for mucking up..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of this guy. I called to get a quote to replace the windscreen. They told me that it is $650 inc GST to replace the windscreen and they checked it is in stock from the supplier and it can be replaced the next day, so we dropped the car off to them. A week later, i have not heard from them, so i called them and ask if i can go and pick the car up. They told me that the windscreen they ordered was broken, so they ordered it from South island, it will take another 3-4 working days to arrive. No communication from them until i called them. Finally, i got a call from them and they said the car is ready. My staff went to pick the car and they said the total is now $1035. My staff asked them why and they said there are $20 storage fee since you left the car to us to replace the windscreen and its more than 10 days. My staff called me and told me about this and i called them and said you never contacted me about the increase in the price because the 1st windscreen was broken during delivery, and i was not prepared to pay for extra cost that i was not told, and they also never told me about the storage fee. I told them that i left the car to replace the windscreen the next day, and because your windscreen was broken and you ordered it somewhere else, you should not charge me the storage fee, it is not my problem at all, i was waiting for you guys to finish the job. After that, they said ok, they remove the storage fee, then they adjusted the invoice, and showed my staff the same amount of $1035 invoice. My staff asked them how come the amount is still the same, they said they have added the labour fee and shipping fee on top on the original replacement fee to make it up to $1035, so we still need to pay the same amount. I told them that i got a quote for $650 to replace the windscreen and this quote is inclusive of everything, but they seem to ignore it. I am taking them to the court for a justice now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becareful of these guys. Don’t uses them.I went to replace my wind mirror and they replaced with non standard mirror. Pretty much you can’t see anything closer. There was a blind spot and its too risky to drive on motorway . Then I rang these guys many times, but never answer my calls, I believe they block my number. They asked me to pay cash NZD80.00 and said efpos machine was out of order.Also no receipt. Rip off..... Finally I had to go to a another place and replaced my mirror professionally. Never recommend to any one, really dogie place. Don’t wast your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car there to fix the connection of the rear window defogger. After the staff told me the job is done and I paid. The staff asked me to check if it works at night time. I tried at that night and next morning, but no luck. I went to see the staff next day. He told me his job was done and should be somethings wrong elsewhere in the car, so no power supply for the defrogger. In short, the staff just kept telling me not his problem and asked me to find an auto electrician and his job is finished. And he told me there was no auto electrician on site. How this happened for a company that no auto electrician on site, but they mentioned they provide that service from their website. Just trust me, DON'T go to that place if you have any electrical problem in your car. Very unprofessional company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brother Nazif took care of my vehicle at AWAW. I had a problem with my passenger side mirror. This was my first time here. I had quoted other places in South Auckland but their rates were exorbitant. Not only did he give me an affordable rate to fix the issue, he did it in quick time. Excellent service. Will highly reccomend.
