About Bowl of Brooklands
Volunteers are the face of New Plymouth Event Venues and provide front of house services within our four venues.
Volunteer roles
- Usher host - greet guests and show them to their seats. Provide information and directions about the show and the venue.
- Door host - welcome and greet guests on their arrival to the door or gate entrance. Scan their tickets and direct them to their seats. Provide information and directions about the event and the venue.
- Kandy bar, merchandise and programme sales - provide fast and efficient service of treats and refreshments, or selling merchandise items on behalf of the promoter.

โ โ โ โ โ An amazing concert venue. It can get cold, even in summer so take something warm. Most people had blankets. I prefer traveling a little lighter then that, so would recommend puffer jackets that roll up small and easy to carry.

ticketing was smooth, drinks were well organized,but there was only about half the amount of toilets required for the crowd.

โ โ โ โ โ Synthony at the Bowl, nothing better than to dance all afternoon and evening on the grass. Stunning laser show later. Magical.

โ โ โ โ โ Over the years this Bowl has hosted some amazing concerts! What a wonderful grand facility for the people of New Plymouth to enjoy! In the Tea House there was a book showing the history of the Bowl with photos of some of the famous people who have performed there, like Kiri Te Kanawa.
