About Boyd-Dunlop Gallery
Boyd-Dunlop Gallery first opened its doors in 2014 when artist Richard Boyd-Dunlop started the space to exhibit his own paintings. The artist turned art dealer has grown the business as a hub for contemporary art in the Hawkes Bay. Making good use of his contacts and friendships developed over his years as an exhibiting artist in Auckland.
Boyd-Dunlop operates a downstairs gallery space as well as an extensive upstairs gallery space, fine art print shop with adjoining artist studios open to the public.
The gallery specialises in contemporary New Zealand Art and hosts regular exhibitions showcasing key local talent as well as bringing high profile artists in from other regions and overseas.
The works are rotated regularly and the gallery also has an extensive stock room of available works for private viewing.

 It was more amazing to go inside than when I saw it from the outside. You can see the basement and the second floor, and I was surprised by more works than I thought. I was immersed in various works by more than 10 artists.
