★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased lotto from BP Innes road Christchurch 7.20pm Wednesday 9th October 2019. Even though I was and are always polite and affable the women serving me didn't reciprocate. Very rude and disrespectful. Not sure customer service is her thing but out of all the servos I've been too this is the only occasion I've experienced this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One time, while I were a smoker, I ordered the usual club stig’s and the girl working at BP mentioned to me that my eye’s are so beautiful. Don’t recall her name and a few staff have come and gone. Good to know they have plenty of trailers for hire when I get round to that one. Convenient ATM in store, for more cash... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a busy trip. Eftpos at the lotto counter is not working just now, it took over 10 minutes to fix it. Its completely understandable - it happens. However, even after waiting with patience and supporting them, it was just expected to hear an apology for the delay / thanks for waiting, from them. Surprisingly, no word is heard from them - just send out. I don't know what makes people less service minded eventhough the store is not busy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this morning and got 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate which was a nightmare as she never listened to what I wanted in fact she had to ask me 3 times what I said.. neither were labelled... Got two pies 1 a steak and cheese and one mince and cheese however she told me they are both mince and cheese.. I tried to explain the sign said steak and cheese but she was rude and cut me off.
I'd rather be served by the guys that work there as they have great customer skills.
