★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have installed these ridiculous computerised petrol pumps that are so USER UNFRIENDLY! I tried to select a $40 fill, but it cut off twice after only 2 or 3 bucks worth went in the tank. Then I tried to just put in the petrol without selecting a $ figure, but it wouldn't do that either. In sheer frustration, I went inside to ask for an attendant to show me how it worked, but, although there were 3 staff on duty, apparently they couldn't come out and help. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toady April 12.04 2020 I purchased $45 worth of 91 from Pump 2 . Just after 12.00pm noon .Having to pay by card through a window my card acted up for awhile. Then it was accepted and the $45 was paid. The attendant inside did not ask me if I had a AA /Countdown card for saving. I asked hon can I get this savings and he said too late you paid. All that time I had problems with my Visa Debit Card he didn't ask once if I had any discount of the card. I told him he should ask people as these are difficult times but he didn't answer of offer any help suggestions. Disappointed with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is consistently dismal. After about $200 spent on coffees here ive finally had enough. Even asked them to remake a horribly burnt one just a few hours ago, and got made a replacement equally as bad. Either train baristas properly or don't bother making them at all. When you pay $5 a coffee, it's completely reasonable to expect at least a half decent coffee. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find these this gas station very convenient as it goes all night with both the petrol pumps and a car wash. This is an upgraded gas station i.e. rebuilt with modern touch screen pumps.
Yes I hear people here at this station from overseas speak in their 1st language. My advice is to learn some French, Maori, or Spanish etc and talk in that language. For me it works well. The response is quite interesting to say the least.
One good service is a 24 hour car wash.
Nonetheless a very good modern gas station that is open all night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come in to ask for a chai latte without milk a d instead put cream in. The lady I dealt with gave me attitude when I got my chai cold. I understood that you dont heat cream up but just wanted it on top of my chai. The lady rolled her eyes and gave that omg sound. She ended up giving my money back. Now I just asked chai with cream is this so hard to ask for and what ever happened to customer always being right. My chai was cold as after asking what I wanted and i have asked for Chai before with cream with no hassles. And when she was being argumentative with me with what I wanted ummmmmm no. Very lucky I was in a good mood. The worse experience ever? ONLY WANTED NY CHAI WITH CREAM!!!!
