β β β β β Bought $80 worth of 91 but the nozzle kept stopping every few seconds. I had pumped $19.45 when I went back in, and they restarted my pump but only gave me $60 worth. I didn't want to fight over 55c but they should have offered the full amount I paid for or rounded up for the inconvenience.

β β β β β Awesome place to fill up at. The food is absolutely amazing! The only problem with this place is the tire air filler machine. When you set it to a certain PSI level, it goes a few above or below, which can be really annoying.

Edit: Response from owner is purposefully ignoring this review and making a fake rebuttal based on something I didn't say. I'm well aware they operate through a night window and that is not the issue.

β β β β β I mostly use to go there, but I will never be come back to BP in future. I was in that Portage Road BP on Saturday (06.10.2018), the customer service guys was too rude and not professional at all, he was just cheating around with his mate even in the busy time. No greeting, even he didn't do any up sale or suggest sale or not even query about do i need anything else or not. I was feel like they don't have value for customer like us. I just been to the counter and he just take my payment no word has been exchange !!!!! I think the customer service guy have some mental problem or may be he have no control of his emotion. I wasn't expecting it from this kind of reputed company.
This is not the first this guy did it with me, but the BP management just did nothing about it yet. I will be advising people not use their service anymore. Most terrible customer service I have ever seen.

β β β β β after being ignored for a few min because the scruffy man wanted to cut newspaper finally served me. He then commented "oh thats not very healthy" because of the 4 pack krispy kreme donuts I purchased. I also ordered a flat white which was by far the worst coffee I've ever had, it was so bitter. He also didnt wash his hands before making the coffee either. Big yikes

β β β β β This no is having wild and bean coffee βοΈ and krispy creme inside this store the staff is very welcoming and helpful.They have huge place outside too .This is one of busiest and cheapest gas station they have 10cents off on every Wednesday.
