Young lady, blonde, so smiley and happy. Very efficient and best customer service I've had. Well done. Didn't get her name, but hope she gets recognized!

β β β β β This BP the staffs not well trained , not the first time I want to save my AA Smartfuel point they did not operation properly and did not save my AA point . Go and keep leave the note to their manager but still not load my AA points ? The recently on 19/01/22

β β β β β Nice petroal station but some staff member needs to improve her customer service and communication skills. My wife went there this afternoon for a car wash but the machine was faulty ( the keypad was not accepting any order codes). While some other impacted customers got refund and apologies, one of the staff member only said to my wife: 'We are sorting it out' and left her there waiting with no further communication. After a long waiting and that staff servered coffee and food to several other customers, she refused to provide refund to my wife but just took her back to the car wash site and said ' you can drive through now'. That's it, this is what a regular customer received after a service failure and long waiting, there was no explaination nor apology. This is just shocking. I won't recommand this level of service to anyone. A re-training is urgently required for some employee at that place.

All facilities regarding car necessities .Great with BP app so you only have to get out of your car to put the petrol in.

β β β β β Pretty rude Asian lady at the customer service. And lots of dust on the brush moving area of the car wash that might be picked up by the brush and bruise your paint badly. Not whatβs expected from bp.

β β β β β The car wash had an issue and didnt want to work, was very quickly resolved by a fabulous manager. I didnt get her name but she was friendly and helpful, had it sorted quick. I highly recommend to all other motorists.

β β β β β Really cool flagship store in the area. Heaps pumps available and all deliver all types of fuels, no new to queue up in a particular lane for diesels etc. Massive space, plus the own car wash and 3rd party car wash down the drive. Multi point of entry. Fancy equipments inside the store, they even sell hot, ready to go roast chickens, yes the ones your buy at the supermarket. The best part of all is that many of us no longer need to drive to Whenuapai BM as this one is much closer to the motorway. Give it a go, highly recommended.

β β β β β Car wash is completely unreliable at this BP. Third time we come here for a car wash and it's not functional. Always 'under maintenance' but never maintained (see pic with cone). seriously need to improve your service here, we drive out specifically for the wash, so consider your customers. I think I'll be filling up at Gull just to feel even after today. Get it together BP!
