★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very pathetic experience from one of this BP gas station I have ever had.
I have filled my car fuel on 19th January 2022 and I have informed staff *SANDEEP* to save my points on AA smart fuel card, unfortunately my point has not been saved to the card. So, I have right away informed to the staff at the front. Staff *SANDEEP* has requested me that he has to talk to manager *DEBBIE* to short things out and will inform back to me. I have waited for 1 week and didn’t get any response back from them. So, I have contact back and talk to manger *DEBBIE*, she said that they have to contact with AA and it will take 3 to 5 working days to get my points. I waited one another week to get an answer but there was no response so I have contact them and I got the same excuse from manager.
Its already 25 February 2022 and none of the staff has given me any positive response yet with my issue from BP. I am still waiting to get my fuel point.
*THIS IS ONE THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD FROM THIS BP GAS STATION AND FROM THE STAFF. THIS IS VERY SHAME THAT SUCH A ONE OF THE LARGEST GAS COMPANY OF THE NEW ZEALAND IS FAIL TO SOLVE ONE LITTLE ISSUE OF THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS CREATED DUE TO THE STAFF MISTAKE or BY THERE SYSTEM.*
Hope this comment review will be seen by higher management and I will get some positive result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You may have the premium pricing for Auckland. But your bathrooms are utterly disgusting. I have seen cleaner toilets at 3am on queen street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really horrible customer service, jam packed station and only one staff on the counter.
Waited for 10 minutes to pay. !!
When asked to use the toilet, as toilets were locked - staff told there might be someone in there, however then another staff came from no where and told that it is broken; there was no sign though !! Horrible experience!! Seems like they locked as they don’t have to clean after this busy period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BP Herne Bay is home to the best car wash in all of NZ, does an amazing job and I drive all the way from Mission Bay past loads of other car washes to get here. Always good service and friendly staff.
