Does It Matter on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge or welcome me, she just said "you'll have to wait".
Later I witnessed her be rude to a Maori lady and then when asked why, she bought a "manager in" who accused her of steeling when the Maori lady was trying to pay.
Bad service and bad attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to do a full tank but we were asked to pay first.. ? how is one person suppose to know how much it will cost them to do a full tank?
Everywhere else you fuel up first then go inside and pay but these people want to be unique. If you are that worried about people running away then just install the eftpos system on each station so people can pay and fuel. Unimpressed but the system! Ridiculous service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is generous. Hot chips were stale and cold, sausage tasted like it was reheated from the day before. Only good thing out of this visit was the cigarette lighter. Never going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is without a doubt the best BP in the country. The abundance of pumps meant we didn’t have to wait to fill up, even on a busy Sunday! The food selection is immense, ranging from pies to sausage rolls to chicken to chicken skewers. Lovely staff who helped me when I forgot to get a receipt printed. Good coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having had a small lunch today. NEVER again. Very busy, lady in front of me told after having waited some time for coffee, AM serving other customers.Hygiene not the best. Fly poop all around coffe machine, windows floors, tables need more attention. Maybe MORE staff needed on anyone shift. cheers. Margaret.
