★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place on the 1st of October 2020, some staff members were friendly but one staff member appeared to be friendly only to locals and didn't smile to visitors/tourists. My friends and I felt unwelcome by her, she appeared annoyed writing my friend's (from other culture) name on coffee cup . This petrol station is very close to airport, they must make efforts to ensure everyone (all inclusive) feel welcome.
Humble request to that person ?Let's see this world as one big family, let's accept everyone regardless their ethnicity and culture. ?

I went there for coffee this morning and the lady with short hair who was making coffees asked For my name and I said LK which are initials of my name as It’s just easier to spell it like that and she rolled her eyes and gave me a very weird look and then the other girl who was with her was calling people after the order was ready had literally just put my coffee on the counter and didn’t even say a word. After few mins I had to go and ask if that was my cappuccino and she said “yes it is! Thank you!” Such poor customer service and bad attitude. Some people really need to learn to be happy with their jobs and leave those unnecessary attitudes at home. No one wants to start their day with that service.

The quality is consistently very poor and takes way too long to It sometimes takes between five minutes to make one coffee to the next
It is very disappointing and comparison to every other BP I have been to
Which is very frustrating because it is now my local petrol station for my work vehicle
