★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing team here I had to go in to get a refund for 2 items, one of the items were bought online and the other didn't have the receipt. But with the amazing team and patience they helped me fix the problem, also the lady at the special orders desk has really nice nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our go-to hardware place mainly because of where it's sited, and usually it delivers without being awe-inspiring. This time, however, we were served by Jake in the tool section. He was awesome! Knowledgable, personable, friendly and helpful. He seemed to happily make himself available and actually know about the products - hes an asset to you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from Fairlie to pick up my Gorilla garden cart from the Riccarton branch, who were missing a square market umbrella from stock and arranged a pick up from Bunnings Christchurch Airport as it showed in stock online.
Upon arrival I was guided through by staff to meet Andrew in Aisle 38 to help with the stock and we found the item was missing from their stock. Andrew and Margaret helped me (apologies for this overdue review) and along the way we got chatting about the badges on their aprons. Andrew's level of service in general was fabulous and possibly one of the biggest reasons I would return back to purchase with Bunnings Christchurch Airport branch.
I was helped with 2.7m umbrella (although a 3 m size would have really worked better), garden products and in general staff looked happier and more customer focused in this store. If they had everything I wanted I would refuse to go to Riccarton Bunnings due to ease of navigation and general attitude of staff. I purchased more than $1500 worth of products from Bunnings on 9th May 2022, but this store has far better service, their staff honours their word and offers a solution to a problem.
I have already set myself up for a powerpass and hope that the account managers can help me with items I may need for my house reno project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming to this Bunnings outlet in Christchurch. They are always friendly and helpful and always smile and say hi. They make shopping here such a better experience. Thanks guys. The fact I come from Cheviot, I have a couple of options but always come here. You should pat yourselves on the back for having a happy and cheerful culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and airy. Good range of held-stock items and a few more special procurements than the other Bunnings locations in Christchurch.
Staff are always friendly once you find someone; however a few more technical product training sessions could take to their staff from good to great! (I know this statement is difficult to meet, reach and retain at scale.)
