★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the car wash. Sand still sitting on the foot rails and tyres not touched. Been attending this car wash for ten years so im thinking somethings not quite right. Reported this to the manager and was told that the small side mirror on the bonnet would have altered the car wash sensors and not to take my hilux through the car wash again. Kindly refunded my money but dissapointed to be informed that the small mirror supossedly causes a failure to wash in both sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manger of Bp Wylies really needs too work on her customer service and set a good example for her staff. As all good mangers should, when given such a role. I walked in to the women's bathroom after purchasing my gas, to find a young lady crying on the floor "EMPLOYEE". She described her manger as 'passive aggressive' and "rude". She proceeded to tell me, how she only been working there for a short period of time. within that time she's spent majority of her 30min break's in the bathroom crying. I'm degusted to see, such a lovely young lady being treated unfairly. I'm a regular costumer, who enjoys a good cup of coffee before work. Not once have i seen this young women fail to greet a costumer with a warm smile. The manger by the name "Ange" should really re think her position as manger. So disappointed !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 17th January 2022 at 8.30 am this morning I had worst retail experience of my long life...I am a 68 years old woman. There is a rather large tall woman with a loud manner and voice. I have a mask wearing exemption and was wearing that card on a lanyard when I entered the shop. That woman yelled out in her booming voice in front of a shop full of people and several staff 'where's your mask?' I held up my lanyard and also said there was need for her to yell out in front of everybody, that she could have been more personal. She promptly went into loud unpleasantness, told me I had walked in there looking for a fight...OMG...told me she deals with people like me every day...OMG...told me she would kick me out of her shop...OMG...its not her shop and of course I did not respond to any of her stuff as it was embarrassing and humiliating and then she said 'that's shut you up'...OMG...that woman must be absolutely awful to work with...she is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious customer service. The butch woman behind the counter had a go at me about supposedly slamming the toilet door. I said I'm here to pay, take it or leave it, she kept ranting so I kept my money and left. Happy to go back and pay when she's fired. They also put their prices up multiple times a day
