Terrible service slow
Urine grime and residue has been caked under the urinal for over 3 months, I have advised them on three separate occasions and every time they insist it has been clean when it obviously hasn't.
If this is there standard of cleanliness in a place like a bath room I would steer clear of their food.
Used to drive through everyday for work. Not coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy place, food is fine but staff are seriously under pressure and it shows in their attitude to customers. Perhaps a better roster would help, more staff and better training too. There’s a lot of competition locally on the food side, and Mercer is not far away for fuel. Neither is Hamilton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a truck driver was parked out in the truck park had gone in and out of the bp most of my 10 hour brake went in there the 4th time today 17/12/21 6.30pm and I was by the fridge and I am getting yelled at by one of the staff members instead of yelling at your customers and making them fell like they have committed a crime next time be mush Appreciated if you come and spoke to me in Appropriate Mena and not yell to the top of your voice this is not the first time as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty impressed by this BP for not only being encouraged to fill up then pull forward to park and pay, but then having cushioned couch seats and tables inside to eat your pies or KK donuts. All clean besides the flies behind the counter. Heaps of pumps outside

Night staff are friendly and its great that customers are allowed in store 24/7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service,, i know it was busy time but its not meant you not gonna treat your customers well, I ordered a 2 coffees and the wait for 10 minutes to get the coffee because the 2 customers came after me and they got there coffees first, i asked staff member where’s my coffees and she said its coming we already put there coffee shorts first thats why its late and no apologies.

Always takes forever to do anything because they only ever have one till open no matter how big the line is, even though there seems to be staff there they always seem to be avoiding the till, rather stock the peanuts than serve the customers. Not to menton their fuel is the most expensive in the waikato, consistently. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague
