Got a filet o fish burger and most of the cheese was hanging out of the box.
Spoke to the manager and he didnt seam to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are a breath of sunshine, from the chirpy voice out of the drive thru speaker to the young woman asking oh so politely to sight your vaccine pass at the door. This was also the cleanest McDonald's outlet I've ever been to. Coffee was super yum too - can I give it six stars? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mar. 2022 Ordered our keto burger without the bun and requested a lettuce wrap. We were advised they don't do lettuce wraps anymore. We advised thats fine just do what you can. Not only were the patties not wrapped to hold the burgers, but cheese was also placed on the top and bottom resulting in the box needing a scraper to retrieve any of the extra cheese we paid for. (Photos were second two burgers where at least the cheese was not stuck to the top of the box as well).
Our last order there was wrong too. We paid top dollar to add bacon, the slip said bacon, paid but none there. We emailed about it with the grill slip since we rarely go except as a treat. We never heard back. You guys can do better.
Sep. 2021 5 Star - Amazing service, if you order without a bun and ask for a wrap they make it beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a nice clean McDonald's. Food came really fast. Customer service really good. Always someone cleaning something which is nice at these uncertain times. Makes you feel better taking the kids out. The owner happened to be there the same time as us. We had just cleared our rubbish to the bin and the table numbers away. He approached us to thank us for doing that as most people leave the tables a mess and expect staff to do it. He gave the kids a free ice cream to say thanks. That was really nice of him. To us it's only natural to clean as we go. We always teach the kids to be respectful of the workers as they are busy enough. We'll definitely be back. It's worth the drive over for us from Ngatea compared to the McDonald's out these ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not much of a fast food person but if I'm in a rush it's convenient. I always ask for extra pickle or similar then you find the burger is freshly made. They certainly did the Covid rules correctly and the staff were extra friendly. Very happy to visit.
