★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get hold of…you are left on hold for up to an hour. They take hours (in my case the next day) to return your calls. So glad my car is paid off now so I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take double payments, refuse to allow the over payment to sit as a credit for the next month, continue taking payments out and forcing bank accounts into over draft.
Rude and argumentative over the phone, to the point they just hang up on you saying things like "Well you owe the money so tough"
Would recommend avoiding like the plague.
