I placed an order for an RCA lead with usual confirmation email of my purchase. The next day, I realised the lead I purchased was not the length required. I quickly went to My Account and requested a refund. Shortly after, I received an email advising me my request was received and stopped prior to shipping. Their response was prompt and my refund was accepted with the money being deposited back into my bank, which was great, as some online shops will issue a credit. Customer service was efficient in replying promptly and actioning my request unlike some sites where a request takes days to be answered. I will definitely be shopping at The Market and recommending this online shopping site to other their customer service team came through within time. I can now search for a longer RCA lead rather than having to wait days to be told, unable to issue a refund as the product has been shipped, however, I can return the item for a refund, as has been my experience using other shopping platforms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Market place is a great way to shop in a time effective manner while ensuring you aren't over paying for products. Opting in for free postage is another great way to save money. I was also impressed to find they followed up on an item that hadn't arrived without being prompted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for 4 bar stools for my new house and saw the same ones priced elsewhere (a cheeper store) by the way, for almost double the price. The cool thing was we got all 4 stools (the ones I wanted) for only $219. I did not hesitate to purchase it immediately, order went through smoothly and it's on its way!
Love dealing with The Market, they always exceed my expectations.
Only downside was, my goods were not left where I asked it to be left. I asked for it to be left behind the house, but they left it by my front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Meta Quest 2 from The Market. It was a bit cheaper than the other stores. Payment confirmation and shipping was fast. When I received the product, I was a bit weary of the fact that the box seemed like it was opened previously. However, this was because they added a NZ wall adapter for me inside of the box, no issues with the product itself.
