β β β β β Shocking service!! I have tried phoning for 3 days to the 0800 number to get answer phone messages saying no one is available , I've emailed and called your Tauranga store. I purchased a voucher last week online and was expecting it to arrive at least within 3 days, my friends birthday is tomorrow and still nothing. I did get through to someone today finally and she put me through to the service team, MORE answer phones with no one in your service department. NOT HAPPY!
