Cotton On Body Bayfair - Cotton On Body Bayfair Girven Road

Went to cotton on yesterday for shopping . Their were about 6 people who were waiting for staff to open changing room only had one staff on on public holiday she was busy on the counter . Finally she came after 10 minutes to unlock changing room and she only unlock 2 rooms when that was more then 6 people were waiting so half of them walked out really angry without even trying anything on . Why would you have 6-8 changing rooms when you not even letting customers to use.

I don’t like how you got rid of Michael Jackson. When there are still fans of Michael in New zealand. I stopped shopping at Cotton on after i heard Michaels merch got trashed.

My daughter and I shopped there early this week my daughter was looking at the bikini section while I was standing there the young girl who was putting stock onto the bikini racks looked and seemed VERY ANNOYED at the fact that people were in her way while she was restocking then she continued to make a hand gesture of can you move out of the way to my daughter she stopped when she saw me watching her we then got a couple of pairs for her to try on that same girl was in the fitting rooms manning it we were there for a good few minutes changing sizes not once did she ask if we like help or anything she just stood there with a sour look bad customer service as far as I'm concerned you really need to up your game in terms of the service

I just had the worst customer service in Bayfair Mt Maunganui store from a staff member named Kayla. Rude, angry and clearly couldn't be bothered being there! I had to exchange a top for a smaller size which I had purchased from this store - with tags still on etc but had not brought the receipt with me thinking that with the cotton on perks card they would have my recent purchases logged. (I have to say I didnt think it was such a big deal as I wasn't asking for a refund) This was not the case and I accepted that but there was a large amount of back and forth, attitude and rude behaviour even suggesting that I could have stolen the top and be coming back to exchange it. We got there in the end as she asked to look at my internet banking to prove the purchase. This being done she stormed off down the shop to retrieve my new top and thrust it at me when she could see I was trying to find some other clothes... Which I refused as i was becoming more and more sick of her tantrum and asked her to put it on the counter. Then she started complaining about me in the shop to her other staff member. I heard her and asked if she was okay and she replied that I annoyed her and that those are just the rules and she is sick of people arguing with her about them. (Which by the way I was not... what she was telling me was different from the nice cotton on staff member in Papamoa branch had just told me, so I was trying to get that point accross). She was so abrasive there was no reasoning with her. I had enough and said that she is in a customer service roll and her behaviour is disgusting. It kept going back and forth as she childishly replyied "You're disgusting!" And finally she said "I can do what ever I want!" I left my extra purchases on the counter and walked out very disappointed and angry! There was also another blonde staff member there all the while that this was going down and she was not in the slightest trying to calm the staff member or rein her in. Suggesting it was all about the way we are speaking to each other and that's it. I shop there frequently and because of this crazy encounter with someone who is clearly unstable and does not suit or can not handle the roll, I won't be anymore. Such a shame that there are people like this as the face of your busy stores. Surely you can do better cotton on.

No one knows how hard getting maternity clothing can be here in Tauranga until you experience it personally or from close. Having the only option to buy online (being pregnant for the first time) it's so hard when your body it's totally different and with products posted like this (for $45.00) you will never expect to get only one piece of what looks like a set of an amazing sleep recovery. So tricky and unfair to say the least. On top of that, when going to return the product (which was supposed to be easy) one of the girls staff members at Bayfair made it even harder and the worst experience, questioning why I made the mistake to don't read the very end of the product and put my attention on what you don't see easily. Unbelievable! A maternity section must be considered in store if either the website and staff aren't good enough to have happy pregnant customers. Very disappointed considering that it was one of my fave stores.

My friends and I were just minding our own business, just wanting to shop and try on clothings. When we went to the changing rooms their manager came out of nowhere and was making a fuss, kept asking us if we were done, trying to even open our changing room doors when we weren’t finish, she also yelled at one of her employees due to him “not doing his job right” because he didn’t see us come in which was even more strange, she was also apologising to everyone but us and you could clearly see all the other customers were uncomfortable by her immature fit, telling us to hurry up “because there was a line” and she even took clothing out of our hands thinking that we weren’t gonna buy it. When in actual fact we were. We found the customer sever very poor and hope that they REPLACE THEIR MANAGER because if not, there will be no one to even want to step into the store again.
