Over-ran on time: Brent assured me he could get to my job done "next week", but job took 8 weeks to complete.
Over-ran on cost: Brent assured me on the phone it wouldn't be more than a couple of thousand but it would be best to just get going rather than give me a quote. Job ended up at $4,600.
Friendly staff, but I had to do all the chasing up to get them to actually start.
Would not use again.
