β β β β β The best gym ever, all the weights are proper Steel ( old school), eclectic work out mechanisms for all muscle functions upper and lower body which are easy to use,plus a variety of tread mills and rowing machines not to mention a huge variety of additional equipment for specific functions which lm yet to discover there proper use and the list continues . Brian and his wife are always available to help and advise if needed. Oh yeah the membership fees and weekly payments are really reasonable and affordable. Loved it.??????
