★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are quite rude!!! (Not pointing the finger at the young chick that works there). Every time I get NZ Relay to speak on my behalf they hang on up them while placing an order for me! You want business? Then stop hanging up on the Relay Assistance who are helping the Deaf/Hearing Impaired/HOH clients. That is our source of communication! Your Tucker Fox charges 50c for order, no thanks, you're not sucking me in this time!
