→ Our delivery obligation is to the kerb. The client must provide safe access on site, and our drivers have the right to refuse invitations to enter a site if they have any doubts whatsoever.
→ Our trucks cannot tow or be towed on site.
→ Pumps cannot blow back into the bowls of our trucks.
