★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They run a scam where you think you’re getting free labour in return for paying for goods + a $120 voucher. All I wanted was a quick service (oil change + front tyres) and they charged me over $1100. This exact thing happened to my colleagues… oh and they forgot to do my wof and now I have a $400 ticket. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment at 8-8:30am for this morning. I got there around 8:25am, and the staff told me the appointment has be rescheduled due to staff illness. I understand we all get sick sometimes, but as a business you need to do better than that. Maybe hire more staff, reduce the appointments booked per day, or maybe just call your customer in advance before they arrive? We all have work to do, it is not easy to manage dropping the car on a weekday. I already bought a voucher, but I will just go to AA instead, really don’t want to go to this business ever again, the customer service is so bad. I don’t really give bad feedback normally, but they definitely deserve this one. If you want to use them, take my feedback into your consideration before you go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wondering about a next tyre size up when purchasing 4 X new tyres and the explanation given against my decision doesn't quite hold true to me! Unfortunately I thought about this in hindsight! And Bridgestone possibly lost a better sale! ? But still a good quick service, thanks.

I really was cutting it fine due to my own poor planning. Grateful to be able to get everything done today and car is safe and legal before school pickup, so overall happy :)
