โ โ โ โ โ Great experience and these guys are super professional and timely. Had a quick chat with Paul and quote was arranged swiftly for a cambelt + water pump on my older model XC90 that I just got.
The car was looked at by Dan who was so professional and gave me a few options. Also diagnosed a check engine light and ran me through the details. Tracey at the reception was also very helpfuI. Will definitely come back for the cambelt and water pump when it is due. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days and I will just go back just for the honesty. Think I found the right place for my Volvo.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked in my car for a WOF, which involved a wait of 1.5 weeks, told at the time I could wait on site in their reception while it was carried out. Arrive for the appointment and told that under red there is no waiting area so basically I can stand in the pouring rain for 1.5 hours while it is done (and doesn't appear they are running on schedule either). No accommodations made whatsoever and told rescheduling would have to wait another week. Not impressed.

Ended up not having anything actually wrong with the car but they didn't charge me for the time spent looking at the car which is incredible. Thank you so much guys!
