★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top service offered by this guy. This weekend just past I ended up urgently needing a new tyre as I popped mine hours away from home. This guy kindly stayed open 45 minutes longer than his normal business hours while waiting for me to arrive from Piha to have it fixed. He went above and beyond. And despite the time he was thorough in his work and ensured the job was properly done before I left.
Couldn't recommend him more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car had a flat tyre on Saturday night and it got towed to Bridgestone Hillcrest centre as it stated that it's open on Sunday morning. We came here at 9:30 am Sunday morning and the tyre centre wasn't open yet. After 15 minutes it was still closed. We tried calling many times, but as it's a landline number, no one answered of course.
Around 10 am 3 other cars arrived and waited. And left after waiting for half an hour.
Now we had to arrange another towaway truck to take us to competitor store in Albany. They answered phone and also promised to fix the tyre asap.
We are extremely dissapointed. So much time and money unnecessarily wasted. Sunday ruined.
11:30 am and the place is still closed of course.
But google and website information states that they are currently open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wen to fix tyre puncture, trying sell new tyre rather than fix, charge 20$ to have look on tyre without fixing, wen to a another shop fix it within 30min for 40$, shame on this shop, trying decisive people, don’t know how to business
