★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service very fast at fitting new lenses to new frames unfortunately there selection of new frames is very weak to say the least. Walked across the road to opsm there selection of frames were far superior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to "That Cheap Optometrist" (I think you will know which I'm talking about) because, well, they were cheap! But I recently had a bad experience with them giving the wrong prescription and fit contacts then the contacts taking about 6 weeks to arrive and the contacts ... etc.
So recently I decided to try one of the other Optometrists in town, I went to a number of place just looking at the frames and ultimately chose Bridgman & Dean because they had a pair that I liked. What I didn't expect was the amazing service that I got! All the staff were really nice and friendly. The optometrist really took his time with me to get the right fitting contacts and they feel amazing (like I'm not even wearing any). Overall I felt that I was in good hands, kind of like when you find a really good family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today to have my currently glasses rubber nose pieces replaced, and to book an appointment, was able to be seen by John straight away. Super friendly staff, and very helpful. Reasonable prices too, for a new frame, eye test and lenses cost $229.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I've had to leave my optometrist of 30 years, no longer accepting WINZ payments cards is in my opinion a business killer, and discrimination, sad to leave, but happy to go, because it's clearly an optometrist for the very rich.so will happily oblige and get my glasses else where, thanks for the lifetime of care,
