★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't to bad. The retailers tried there hardest to help me get a new phone on a plan. It probably took like an hour and a half just to find out I had bad credit at the end of all the processing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no clear sign in for people without COVID-19 sign in app. People were left standing in the entranceway waiting to be told if was safe to enter. The customer service was the worst I have ever had. It was a young staff who kept people queuing for ages. The staff may have been busy but it was interacting with each other that took up much of their time. Enquiries were left unanswered and I had to have someone queue on my behalf because I was overlooked several times sitting in the only corner there was seating. I was patronized by at least 3 staff I made enquiries of. I did not feel like they valued my custom at all,just they barely tolerated it.

went to trade in and buy a new phone. Vis has provided amazing customer service through the whole process. He knew what I concerned, and explained all the details step by step.
He is patient, friendly and professional. Thumb up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spark Gorge Street Dunedin. I am a middle aged male. Went to this store just now and waited 5 minutes for 2 staff to finish their conversation to get some help. After their chat I moved around to get their attention. A young woman walks in and they both offer to help her immediately. I pointed out I was next they ignored. I walked out. Are spark actually serious about retail? Hard to believe how bad such a big company can be. Never again.
