β β β β β I find that they are short-staffed, and products crammed in, some staff are willing to help. Otherwise the store is ok for what it is intended for.

β β β β β Went in plenty of stock, good special day. Staff were awesome even while in a the middle of a refit. Still able to access things.

β β β β β Mega Massive range of stock, which means some aisles are now too narrow to pass trolleys and that meant standing waiting for people to move. Same as last time I shopped there, I couldn't find any staff to help me and only two people on the counter with a long queue of people wanting to pay so that they could get on with their day. Certainly not stress free shopping in my opinion.

β β β β β Rang this branch three separate times this morning to try and make a product enquiry, finally gave up on anyone actually answering the phone and drove to the store only to find the product was out of stock. Pretty negative customer experience all round :-(

β β β β β Awesome service from one of staff today - rung up about 6 chairs to see if in stock ( very busy day queens bday ) which they did have after she checked on top shelf out back .... had it all sorted and ready on arrival for pick up , very happy customers ?

β β β β β I really appreciated the service I received when I came in at closing time last night to purchase a couple of last minute items for my house, as I had a friend staying for the weekend and needed more pillows and duvet inners etc.
I felt very bad coming in so late and tried to rush through but the staff were so calm and helpful, even stopped to give me advice on all the different pillows and weights of the duvet inners, and showed me through the store. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was very appreciative and will definitely be returning to this store in the future.
