★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came into the store with my partner who was planning on buying a ring, no greeting by the staff. waited around the jewellery section for 10-15 minutes looking around at staff in an empty store while they clearly ignored us. they missed out on a sale and returning customers. we left under the impression that we weren't "trendy/rich" enough for the store.
