★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Brook and Timmins highly enough. They went above and beyond for my daughter, who is neurodiverse and has chronic anxiety. Throughout her orthodontic process, the communication and explanation process was excellent, and all advice was 100% honest and appropriate. They were always professional, kind and patient, and did an outstanding job with her gorgeous new smile. All staff are kind, friendly and accommodating, and Kimberley is an exceptional orthodontist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Brook & Timmins Orthodontist are professional and kind to their clients and they make them feel so welcoming. They do their best to make you comfortable when they are checking out your pearly whites and give you all the information you need so that you know your teeth will end up perfect, and if you forget anything they are always available to answer your questions.
I had braces done by a different orthodontist about 15years ago, and I needed them again and so I tried a different Orthodontist and I am so happy I came to Brook & Timmins to get them redone.
I would Highly recommend them to anyone. :)

The staff are ALL so lovely, friendly and helpful each and every visit - and phone calls/ emails in between. And the results for both of our daughters are AMAZING. We simply couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely recommend orthodontist work with Kimberley! One daughter has just finished her treatment (through the COVID period) and communication throughout has been amazing. The finished results look great and we are not finished - the aftercare (included) she will and is receiving puts our mind at rest that the teeth will remain perfect forever. They are super friendly and very easy to speak to regarding any queries or questions.
