Only one towel, no bathmat or hand towel in room
Fuse box buzzed loudly all night
Very comfy bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This motel's facilities are the worst I've even seen. My daughter and I paid $780 for a studio spa unit. We planned to stay for four days to finish our trip in Hamilton. However, we only stayed for 5 hrs before leaving and require Booking.com for the refund.
Reasons:
-The pillowcase washed but stained and smelly.
- The bed sheet and cover were dirty. When my daughter was in the sheets tiny bags crawling all over her biting my kid. Terrible. Unable to sleep at all.
-About a dozen huge cockroaches all over the walls curtain kitchen, and the bathroom hundred of little ones. These really made my daughter scared and cried.
But... The male staff was fantastic and nice. I asked him what's his name. HE said he called Lawrence. This 3-star-rate was definitely for him, not for this terrible motel. Although I knew he was a Chinese and his English was not good enough, he tried his best to explain the policy and explained the nearby places clearly, such as restaurants, gas stations and banquet halls.
He was helpful, he even told me wheres the cheapest gas station nearby, although I was not very care. HE always is the best receptionist. If my company is in Hamilton, I will ask him to come to my office and be my secretary and give him more than the minimum wage. Wish Lawrence all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst accommodation I have experienced. No towels, no bath mat, no hand towel but ONE facecloth for two people! Office not open at 745am when locked out of my room (only one key given for two people and my room mate went away with it) called twice
But they didn’t come to assist.
Massive cockroach on the wall to greet us coming back tonight... had to give one star but really don’t deserve that!!!
This lady should not be in this industry, appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My breadspread had crumbs all over it from a previous occupant. A huge spider crawled up the wall by my bed head. No hand soap in bathroom. Dusty. Road noise. And was charged premium price for the unit. I will not be recommendinng to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double bed was made up with different height mattresses. Only 2 pillows. Found two spiders inside by the single bed. Bed mattress are tired. No soap in bathroom as this has been ripped off the wall and not replaced. 3 tvs but only 2 remotes. Room was clean but very noisy with MacDonalds next door. Seems to be a meeting place for who has the loudest car stereo at 2am. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. Was over priced for what you got. No manager on site overnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motel is used for emergency accomodation. Some of the residents are very unsavoury. Within half an hour of our arrival, there was a domestic for which the police were called upon to attend.
No milk in fridge for coffee. I asked reception if I could have one. She said she would bring it down. Nothing came.
Off to have a shower before going out...towels are dirty, and towel rail was broken, and found lying on floor under basin. Also no hand soap to wash hands after toilet.
Only one drinking glass for two people.
No sky remote, despite it being advertised that there is sky.
Pillows supplied are so flat, and offer no support.
This is the worst motel I have stayed at. I thoroughly recommend choosing elswhere to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 bedroom unit for 1 night with grandkids. Good location, plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances (apart from only 3 forks for 4 people). Salt & pepper but no coffee, sugar or milk supplied. Had to wash glasses etc before use as they were dirty. Cockroach seen on wall too. Only 1 remote for 3 TV’s, also a remote with no batteries, aircon remote not working so only one setting…cold! No bath mat, facecloths or hand towels so had to use a bath towel. Wiped water off floor in kitchen and it was filthy. This could be easy fixed if they used a check list per room when cleaning. Not enough power points in rooms for charging, had lamps & electric blankets but couldn’t plug in if you were watching TV as only one outlet. Beds comfy but pillows flat as pancakes so had sore necks in morning. Really noisy road in morning…early. Strange goings on too, police turned up last night. Also quoted $245 and got charged $255. Could be a really nice place if they cared and took some time to actually look over the units and what was missing… a little disappointed….and probably wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.
