β β β β β NZ original gourmet burger: this slogan describes well this food chain. Burgers are delicious, well prepared and seasoned. The store was clean and in decent conditions. Staff courteous and fast. Great mandatory pitstop for a hunger soul.

β β β β β I love burger fuel and this is the first time we tried burger fuel in Five Cross Road and i am so disappointed. Staff is not wearing gloves while preparing food and the burgers are dry, bland and not much sauce.

β β β β β Reading some of these reviews makes me think these people were very unlucky... I've been to BurgerFuel's right across the country and I couldn't recommend any BurgerFuel higher than this, food was very well-cooked and the staff were super polite.

I paid for my order that i had RANG IN FOR they said it would take 15 to 20 min on the phone waited 40 minutes in store for them to ask me what was my order? And it came out 5 mins later...they had forgotten. ask the people packing the register person DOESNT TALK to the packers my burger was delish 2 stars

We decided to dine in
But dirty tables with only my Fiance and me the only two customers.
Chips on the floor at the entry. The outside table had a plate and drinks on it from the time we walked in and was still there by the time we left
Surely by not being busy you'll expect the tables to be wiped and clean.

β β β β β The use of hands with out gloves was a bit concerning throwing the buns onto the top shelf ?? , not to mention no marks on some of the cooks . The service lady was not polite and they ran out of stock for the boxes two of the orders needed . The burgers tasted fine . The service is normally top notch.
