★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may not be as ornate as The Civic in the CBD, but still beautiful in its own right. Been there for two different shows so far, a comedy night in a small side "room" as defined by nice curtains but had a bar right outside it and was good fun. Then saw a live podcast inside, another one soon too, and seating wasn't too bad. The overhead lights for the outer seating honestly is a bit annoying as you end up staring at them to see the stage, but it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice venue. We came here for a kids show and we liked that they had cushions to put them up so they can enjoy the show. Really good organisation too. The only thing that is not that up to par is the cafe which could have had more healthy choices than a few slices and M&Ms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to perform a Niue Haka (Takalo) upon my sister receiving her Psychology Practice qualification from the prestigious Massey University. Great lighting, perfect room temperature, seats were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Located right in the heart Takapuna the parking was cheap and close to the venue. Great place for a graduation ceremony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time attending an event at the Centre and I was very impressed. Parking was so easy which overcome one of the main hassle reasons for not out. The facility was very comfortable and the staff and ushers very very helpful and friendly. Thankyou for the experience and I will now look at attending more events at the centre.
