★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not such a good service. Just discovered supplied my wife a low quality overpriced battery with small terminals. Price is relative.. and if you're supplying low quality undersized battery with small size terminals at normal market price.. then your batteries are not cheap price, just low quality. 2 year warranty ?.. Batteries should last longer than 2 years..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience overall! Can’t recommend James enough. Started with a phone call and then went to his shop and he tested and changed the battery all within less than 30 minutes. Fast response and excellent service. Will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely lovely person to deal with. Honest and Integral. Cheapest I could find in Auckland for a new battery with a 2 year warranty. He tested the battery first. Replaced it quick and fast. Too Easy! Would 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best battery centre that we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with: The person in charge/owner is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their battery prices were the best we could find on the Shore. We also had no trouble having a battery (which was still under warranty) replaced free of charge when it failed about 8 months after purchase. I have absolutely no reservation recommending Buddy Autoparts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Prestige New Lynn contacted someone there who sent out by courier the wrong battery for my hybrid it's quite dangerous apparently to have a battery that's not vented in the boot but this was recommended. I am essential worker so needed car. I have tried to contact but no response. Very bad I'll be taking further
