I wanted to ask some questions about renting a vehicle so phoned several times and got an engaged tone each time. I live nearby so went round to the office. At 2:00pm the door is locked and no-one is there.
Unlike other vehicle rental companies in the building, they don't even have the courtesy to put a notice that they are closed at the weekend or whenever. This is the sort of management that loses customers.
