★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go two tires replaced, staff were super friendly and helpful seemed like a good bunch of guys. Only look around 30minutes even though it was quite busy. Sat in the staff room had good aircon and water cooler as was a hot day. Awesome that they are open until 2pm on Saturday.

The customer service is great there, the workers are super helpul however the guy that was working was called away to look for tyres and my car was left unattended.
Two customers after me were served before
and completed while my car sat there. Maybe they prioritize customers that buy tyres before anyone else?
Anyways, that made me pretty angry, I'm a nice person and deserve to be treated fairly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How disappointing. I had such amazing service in December that I recommended you to my daughter in law 2 weeks ago, who also got amazing service. Today however, the female who was there, was so rude and unhelpful. She was very unclear in what she was trying to tell me. She said I could either repair or replace but they didn't have the tyres to replace, very confusing, then walked off. I waited a bit then had to get out of my car to see what was going on. When I suggested I leave my car and let them attend to it in their own time, she was very rude in telling me that I was in no way able to leave my car there and I had to stay in my car at all times. This does not match with my experience in December or my Daughter in laws experience only 2 weeks ago. I also noticed that other people were getting out of their cars and waiting in an area.I wonder how much experience she has had. I found out that by going to another store that the tyre was buggared and needed to be replace, however she said it would be fine to repair. Long story short, I told her to put my tyre back in my car and I went 10 seconds down the road where the service was much better. So disappointing after having such amazing service back in December.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went there to replace my tyre ,I had my own spare tyre so when I call on Friday they said $20 to put the tyre but when I went there today a lady came and ask what service you looking for she was friendly and I said I have my spare tyre just need to replace with old one and I ask to confirm it is $20 then she said we charge $39 so I said over the phone I was told $20 and she agreed its happened there before but it's always $39 so clearly it's a bad marketing strategy and no business ethics at all.wasted my time !

I always get a great price and the service is fantastic. The team morale seems high and the guys are always working hard.
This particular time, their computer said they had two of my tyres in stock but they couldn't be found in the shop. The guy sourced some more and did a deal on each one because they'd quoted me relatively low already. Not their fault and helped me out anyway!
Excellent team, excellent service, highly recommend ?

It was also cool to observe the staff banter, singing and laughs between each other clearly they are happy in their jobs rare to see these days this tells me it's a reputable, honest business. Cheers
