I could see how professional his team work and how passionate they are about doing there job to a high standard. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very professional. I gotta wait for a month to get my car for the repair for this car. But on the date which supposed to be car drop off date, I haven’t got any reminder but I remembered so i call them. On the call they said you can drop your car but no loan car will be available for you. I told them a month ago your staff told me that they’ve booked me a loan car. Then they said on coming you can drop your car and the loan is ready for you. I confirmed about this with a text from them. The time when i went down there to drop off, they said the car is not here yet but it will be here soon. I told them i am getting late for my work and they said okay then you wanna book in for monday.
I rest my case and said i will talk with my insurance company about this waiting waiting and no service experience. No apology and seems very casual with this as one person won’t effect their business which is true but wasting that one person’s time is consider a bad customer service.

Jeff and the team were professional from the start, honest about requirements and timeframes. Currently parts and material supply must be quite difficult. Somehow they still managed to return my vehicle to me ahead of schedule. Massive thanks to the team at Hamilton Panelworks i recommend them thoroughly.

These guys have a late model disability van as a courtesy vehicle, decked out with everything a wheelchair user needs. It's comfy for both passengers including wheelchair person and driver. Highly recommend this business for people in the disability sector ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner took her vehicle there to get wheels painted with expectations of 1000 dollar bill.
She walked out with 1825 dollars.
Wheels were only there for a paint with no major damage.
160 dollars to remove wheels and put them back on the vehicle on top of remove and replace tires and balance.
Talking her into small claim court.
Be aware people they are overpriced and take advantage of people.
Steer clear.
