★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Submitted a report that was incorrect regarding roof insulation that was only assessed via infrared. Builder was offered at the time of reading the chance to access roof to prove his assessment was incorrect, but declined. Was sent photos showing insulation throughout roof but refused to change report or acknowledge incorrect assessment. Buyer backed out due to incorrect information. Builder showed lack of experience (only used infrared during heat wave and unusual shaped roof), was not thorough, arrogant and denied any fault despite overwhelming evidence instead he deferred to lawyers.
