Very through report prepared and provided the day after the booking. Covered all aspects of the property with photos and easy to understand language. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pre-purchase inspection.

The report arrived Thursday afternoon and I was able to discuss the report with the Inspector on Friday morning. I can't fault the service, it was top notch and would recommend them to anyone.
