★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one ever answers the phone in the office so I'm led to believe that they don't care about the people who reside in the buildings they manage. I have tried for around a month and a half to get through to someone there and it rings out and then a message says: all our phone lines are busy at the moment please leave a message.
I've left messages and have not heard anything back. From the reviews here, it is clear this company don't care about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in 169 the Terrace and we have this useless Muppet, Jonathan Bell, who would struggle to open a jar of pickles. The elevators constantly break down and don't work. An absolute disgrace of a company and extremely incompetent.
