★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a phone call, meeting and provision of my last details, they had everything they needed to proceed with my submission. But they just stopped communicating with me and did not follow through with the submission. I lost a month of time because of them, but at least I was able to find someone else to jump in and help me. That person submitted my application the day after I met with him, and he charged me 1/10th of the fee I was quoted by Cottrell Law. The experience with Cottrell Law was very discouraging, to say the least.

Just recently my wife got her open work visa which was IMPOSSIBLE to get. We were thinking that she will not even get visitor visa as the case had got worst. Rude and arrogant. Entirely sure of her own superiority.
I just had a 15min consultation with her, and would not go back in any circumstances.
No matter the difficulty of the case, the news should be delivered respectfully and sensitively to the client. That was definitely not the case with Jo.
Even being a calm and quiet person, the way I was treated left me shaken up and frustrated.
