Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In single-flower bouquets and arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.

Eventually they accepted that the flower was not what I ordered but still has not given a solution to fix, this is already over a month now and still no one has came back to me with a solution even thou they say they will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, their flowers are magnificently beautiful, on par with their displays. The Christmas one with its interesting, gift ideas will impress Santa fans! Get your peonies before they disappear, as these are only available once a year for a very short period between October and November. They come in various shades from rich burgundy to creamy whites (only found at this supermarket), and all are gorgeous, as are their roses, orchids and other blooms.
Check out their wonderful range of healthy and magnificent specimens and gorgeous bouquets. BOB does not state their exact location so I assume they are the florist within New World Supermarket on Waterloo Rd, Lower Hutt.

I ordered florist choice deluxe which cost me $106, " It was not a deluxe florist choice the flowers delivered at 6.30pm in a horrible condition with no note who it was from. Contacted Petals network who tried to sort it out, meantime received a phone call you from Bunches of Blooms, a very rude person, " on the phone. Her conservation started without introducing herself, who she was and where she was calling. Asked me if I was this person(the receiver of the flowers) I said no, and without letting me saying anything else she continued "did you receive flowers in the weekend? I replied "you guys cant get anything right" So the caller not letting me speak or explain, Her reply was" I am not going to be spoken to like this I was going to make it right and now I am not going to and hang up. As any business or customer service person if your company has made a mistake, you ring the customer introduce yourself and ask who you speaking to. RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISUSTING SERVICE, NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PEOPLE.
