About Bunnings Warehouse Botany
Bunnings team members regularly conduct D.I.Y. Workshops for local community groups, like schools and kindergartens, nursing homes and hospitals.
Our teams can head out and visit a community group, or welcome a community group into the D.I.Y. area for a workshop.
Workshops are tailored for the needs of each community group and can include gardening, craft, woodwork, water and energy saving activities, as well as kids activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer services at Bunnings Botany is awesome. We went there to try and match up a stain colour as hubby discarded the empty container. The young man, Cush, In the paint department was so knowledgeable about colour mixing and products and set to work to match the colour. He was incredibly helpful and patient with us! And made the match!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always helpful and usually find what I want. The store is well marked. The only negative is that the little cafe is not so great with Gluten cross contamination, if you are gluten free by choice OK, but those that are sensitive or celiac should be very careful here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised by the garden section, this will be the new entrance I use when going to bunnings for anything. I will definitely be back to find some more plants for indoors and outdoors, today was very colourful. Keep up the great garden section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually at Bunnings they have great customer service but today this female employee and her two coworkers couldn't be bothered helping me out because she was too damn busy talking to them (also in the photo) for good 10 mins, laughing away. When I have asked her about the gate locks, she points at the station and when I asked her to come show me where they are instead of just pointing, she tells me while pointing at another employee that she will help me when it was clear the other employee was already busy with another customer. Didn't wanna help because I interrupted her chit chatting. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Less chatting away and more work.
