Established in 2001, we are a boutique family run business specialising in managing good quality homes for property investors and home owners. Our property managers have a smaller portfolio of properties to manage in comparison to many other property management companies, and you have a whole team working for you, not just one person. This allows us to offer hands on personalised property management service and ensures your property is managed to the best possible standards, keeping you and your tenants happy.
We are investors ourselves, this means we know what it is like to be a landlord and how important it is to have a property manager working for you and we pride ourselves on the fact we very rarely go to Tenancy Tribunal because we select the right tenants and provide effective tenant management.
Our mission is to simply take the hassle and worry out of owning an investment property and to help our owners achieve the very best return for their investment. When we do business with you, we really care about the outcome for both of us.

His daughter Angela who now runs the company is also fantastic. Alan also constructed these houses after I attended a seminar that he conducted and I then went and sold the old houses that were being poorly managed by another company. The tenants that Residential Rentals selected have always been excellent. After 12 years the houses still look fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to any prospective person who wants complete professional management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is based entirely off 2 phone calls that I’ve had with Residential Rentals.
When it comes to Real Estate, it seems that all the customer service energy is spent on buying and selling, so there is no customer service left in renting. I would say that about 80% of agents we have worked with have just been appalling at customer service, particularly in phone skills and communication.
But when I called Residential Rentals - man, these were the very first people that actually seemed to care about their customers (after about 15 phone calls to other agencies). The lady on the phone (my apologies, I cannot recall her name, but she was South African), was incredibly helpful. I had a few inquiries to make and she helped me out straight away, gave me advice, and even though I was not necessarily going ahead with a property managed by them, she still helped me. She didn’t need to, but she did. She went the extra mile.
She spoke like a genuinely considerate human being, which is, again, somewhat of a rarity to find within real estate rental agencies.
Even though we did not pick a property that they managed, I’m sure they would’ve been very reasonable and helpful agents to work with. Funny what an impact a phone call can make.
