There are never enough staff on checkouts ( even before covid) and the self checkouts are permanently closed. As for the trade desk, my husband gave one of the girls a list of materials along with his contact details and asked for a quote. 2 weeks later he called in as he'd heard nothing. The same girl had no record of it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff on the phone when I ordered the ride on, and follow up when it arrived. And the boys were very helpful and friendly in the trade load up area. But lady was little bit surly in the special orders area when I picked it up. Fast delivery right on Christmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned to ask if Bunnings had any Persimmon Trees. The female who answered my call mentioned that they were short staffed and no one in the Garden side. She found time in her shift to go outside to look for me and phoned me back. Outstanding service from this employee. Couldn't have asked for better. Aaa+ to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into store to find some shelves. They weren’t anywhere to be found even though online it said there were over 20 in stock. The mouth breather we spoke to was beyond unhelpful. Didn’t even look on his little computer or assist in any way. Will now have to pay $45 for delivery as click and collect was not available on this product
