★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been happy in the past, however this last load we were told was "seasoned" is waterlogged and almost impossible to use. We are freezing, and rely heavily on our wood supply like most in our area. ???

Initially looking good, however once unloading I found too much debri and dirt including stones, had at least a barrow full, needing trip to dump.... disappointing! The loader gave me a half scoop of “offcuts”, I would have rather had clean firewood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased $180 worth of wood was told it was rain wet and it had been covered however upon cutting the wood it was more than rain wet.
Not able to use at all this winter! And like many others have a least a burrow full of dirt and wood chips and
I'm pretty sure this wood isn't up the council standards for burning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using them. Received a chord of Douglas fir firewood. Looks good. Don't think there were any that wouldn't fit the wood burner. Not to many offcuts or rubbish as others have complained about. So all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul at Millers wood and coal has certainly gained our approval and acceptance as a quality firewood supplier. We have been buying our firewood from Millers for several years now, but unfortunately one of Pauls staff delivered a load of wood that left a little to be desired, bottom of the pile and a little damp still. (this was unknown to Paul). I contacted Paul and expressed my opinion on this matter and within hours he had dispatched a staff member to re-gather the initial load and within 48 hours we received 3 cord of the cleanest, driest pine you could find. Top marks to Paul for his prompt response and we are very grateful for his help. Certainly going back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT.
I bought around 12 cubic meters of top soil from them last year for a new lawn and after the first rain all the stones came to the top and it was riddled with stones and not just small ones. I asked landscapers, builders if this was normal and they all said it was really bad soil. I went back to Milllers to complain and all I received was a shrug of the shoulders and an excuse that due to the time of year (October) they can't use as fine of a screen on it.
I sent 2 follow up emails complaining and trying to come up with a solution but received no reply from either. I am now in the process of taking them to the small claims court.
I will never use Milllers again. I spent thousands of dollars with them over the years on soil, mulch, stones, firewood etc and then when something went wrong they didn't stand by their product and treat their customers the right way. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave them a second chance after the last load... The wood has way to much debris. We have used 3 firewood vendors this winter and millers gives you 4x more debris. I got 2m offcuts with 1/2m of useless 20-40mm end cuts in thick sawdust. Just thought you should know
