★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I hadn't sat in a huge que leading back to the car park entrance it would have been a 5 star review. I'd just had a filling done and the lady on the com heard me clearly, and was pleasant to deal with. Same goes for the server, she apologized for the wait and wished me a good rest of my day. Both of them had smiles and genuinely seemed happy to be there. My burger was assembled well (within the bun's) something the likes of Mc D's really struggles with. A good experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed - love Burger King but have had the same issues for a few visits now. Burgers are poorly thrown together, with far too much mayonnaise and squashed down so much that the buns end up being completely flat. The portion size of a “large” fries seems tiny - barely filling the cup and often soft and cold. Won’t be visiting again which is annoying as it’s the only BK in Whangarei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is happening at BK's in Whangarei the restaurant is very run down needs a good over haul. The burgers are still pretty good but they need to keep up with food utensils for eating, didn't have any forks when we were there not good when eating sticky fries. The staff do a very good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if the workers there take art class but they really be playing to much with my burger?. Really made a rainbow with the onions and left all the tomato's on 1 side. Might have to go to maccas next time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the worst dining experience in years. The whole place was filthy and the toilets are not fit for farm animals. We got the food and left, opening the burgers in the car to find that they were at least 20 mins old and the buns about 5mm thick. The ingredients were not much better and the burgers looked nothing like the image portray. Wow about sums it up!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is generally pretty good fresh and hot and service is normally pretty good. Only been a couple of times my chips were cold and service wasn't to great but overall is one of my regular places I go with a mate and staff are usually pretty great. I do recommend it you want value for money and a feed with reasonably quick service
