This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, I will NOT let my son near this place again - taking my business somewhere else. This worker let down the whole restaurant (if you can even call it that)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was fine, although as we were packing up to leave a member of the staff came upto.our group claiming that we insulted another employee or a customer, this was an untrue accusation as we said nothing of the sorts, she then proceeded to threaten to physically assault us making the whole situation very unprofessional. I thought that this ruined my experience and my personal opinion on the restaurant, I dont think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Lady who served us didn't seem interested. Waited a while for food, guy who gave us our food just dumped bag in front of me, didn't tell me it wasn't all of my order so had to wait for the rest. While sitting and eating the staff just stood taking while so many people waited ages for food. Guy out back was wiping his nose then handling food with no gloves. Only one guy had gloves on and he was touching everything even a small dirty ladder and didn't change his gloves. One guy even picked chips up with his bare hands. I felt sick and I will never return to this one, I'd rather starve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to use their app to order a meal only to have the order never sent to the store...and the store to be out of the ingredient anyway. Nothing on the app to say this and it wasn't until I turned up about 15 minutes later that I found out about it. The store blamed the app and didn't really seem to otherwise care.

Always dirty in front of the drinks. You can't always find a place to sit. But the food is nice and very cheap. Perfect when you have fast food cravings.
Would recommend to take as takeaway and eat in a green space or on a bench somewhere. And clean after yourself. Please. Clean after yourself. Basics of respect
